Metal scrap hydraulic balers are used to press the leftover of all kinds of metal material (steel shavings, scrap steel, scrap aluminum, scrap copper, scrap stainless steel) to be qualified furnace with shape of cuboids, octagon, cylinder and so on.
The hydraulic driving is adopted for all types of machines, the manual and PLC automatic control operations are optional.
No foundation bolts for installation. The diesel may be equipped as driving at the place without power supplying.
Three types of “Bale-discharging”: turn-out, push-out and forward-out discharging. The models are Y81F, Y81Q and Y81T respectively.
Extruding force has &classes from 63 tons to 400 tons and production rate is from 0.5 tons per hour to 50 tons per hour.
